I see the NYT is still blaming the Bits for this problem

If the US State Dept had done what was done in the past this would never
have come up in the first place. It was our State Department that
caused the whole problem to begin with. Once they had caused the
problem they decided to try to do what should have been automatic all
along but by then the problem had become international. How soon can
we get rid of this administration!!
