Re: Questions about the Constitution

Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution grants to the President the "executive Power".....Section 3 of Article II further directs the President to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed."

Sir,
    I am confused.
I hear occassionally on the News things like "Executive Order" and "Presidential Proclamation".   Last year, i believe, President Barrack Hussein Obama PROCLAIMED June as "lesbian, Gay, Transexual (etc) Month" "by authority vested in (him) by the Constitution of the United States of America".  I have read the Constitution of the United States of America several times and cannot find ANYWHERE that he has THAT authority.  And i hear, almost daily, about things being done 'by authority of Executive Order no. <insert number here>', and again, i see nothing concerning the AUTHORITY to make such orders BINDING.  Please enlighten me or do your job and REMOVE those problems.  I say do your job because your job is, in part, to PROTECT the Cosntitution of the United States of America.
