[Fwd: Border Guard Shot kid from across the border after aiming for several seconds]

Bet there is a lot more to the story than is reported here. I want to
hear the whole thing, not just this part of it. Was he shooting
directly at the boy or was he trying to stop the men who were trying to
cross the border who were in the dried up river. The story does not
say yea or nay to that.
