Strange, but Atheists have never been in control of anything to
dictate anything...

No MOST people would do it very similarly.
It's only the 2 major parties that are voted in power by minorities of
people who wouldn't.
The same holds true for many things...
i.e. Means Testing Social Security Insurance... both parties are
against it, yet common sense say's that's the way most insurances work.
