Carville: Ruling against Obamacare would be ‘best thing to ever happen’ for Democrats

Here's a man that is so totally out of touch with the majority of the Nation;  with how our Constitution and the electoral college works, and in general,  a Moonbat.  It is amazing that he is given any credibility,  other than he married a hot looking Republican woman back about fifteen or twenty years ago.....

Carville: Ruling against Obamacare would be 'best thing to ever happen' for Democrats

On CNN's "The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer" Tuesday, network contributor and former Clinton adviser James Carville claimed that Democrats would benefit politically if the Supreme Court rules President Obama's 2010 health care reform law unconstitutional.

"I honestly believe this — this is not spin," Carville said. "I think that this will be the best thing to ever happen to the Democratic Party because health care costs will escalate unbelievably. It's 2012. Twenty out of 100 people are over 65. By 2020 it will be 26. And you know what the Democrats are going to say and it's completely justified, 'We tried. We did something and go see a 5-4 Supreme Court majority."

Carville referred to the Supreme Court's 2000 Bush v. Gore decision, which determined the outcome of that year's presidential election, as another albatross around the neck of the high court. (SEE ALSO: Scalia to Obama's solicitor general: 'We're not stupid')

"The public has these guys figured out," he said. "Our poll shows half think the whole thing is political. They overturned an election and just as a professional Democrat that'll do nothing for me than overturning this thing 5-4 and then the Republican Party will own the health care system for the foreseeable future. And I really believe that. that is not spin. Go see [Antonin] Scalia when you want health care."
