The video is 14 minutes long. This woman speaks without relying on notes or a teleprompter and is amazing. Some of this stuff you are already aware of, but she brings it to the forefront using plain English.
This is very powerful and wonderful. Wish I would hear some of this from the presidential candidates for 2012

We are in a lot of trouble, and we have to make some changes for the better sooner rather than later... only chance to start is this year! Not to just talk about it but to do something bold!
