The record deficits, record debt and high unemployment would disappear. For all you fact-absent Liberals, go look at what has happened since 2007. The Financial and Housing crisis happened 15 months after Dodd and Frank took their Chairmanships over the Senate Banking and House Financial committees. The deficits tripled and national debt is up by $6 trillion (not including the last two years of Bush's presidency when Dems controlled the House and Senate...add another $2 trillion). Unemployment doubled (4.6% in Jan. of '06 to 33 months of 9% plus), poverty increased, more people are on food stamps and we have a credit downgrade. Americans sure do miss that 2006 days.
