I agree with you.
These days we are receiving so many emails regarding prevention and remedy for dengue fever.
For the treatment purposes and prevention first we have to understand about the dengue fever.
Some persons are forwarding messages without any research and consultation from any authentic source.
Few medicine emails I received are:
· Psorinum 1M (this medicine is given in skin diseases) not for dengue patient.
· Crotalus Horridus 200 (this medicine is given to dengue patient when bleeding and vomiting starts) this is not prevention only dengue patient after consultation with homoeo specialist can use this medicine. This is also called snake bite medicine.
· Eupatorium Perfoliatum (this medicine is for the fever caused by joint pains).
· Arsenicum Album 200 (this is food poisoning remedy)

Please do not follow any advice received through internet. It may be misleading and may cause irreversible harm to the patient.
in case if you are inclined to act on any advice received through the internet, then please do consult someone who is well educated and knowledgeable. If you are responsible to look after a dengue patient, then please be very careful.
If you are presented a proposal to use some medicine or totka, and it may seem to be free from side effects, you should still be aware that using a non scientific treatment or a non established treatment may cause atleast a loss of valuable time and you may end up in the deterioration of the condition of the patient.
Please be careful and do make sure that using totkas or unestablished treatments should not cause a loss of valuable time. A proper, well established, dependable treatment of dengue patients must be started as early as possible.
