Dr. Man-Kim Kim: Messages of Support

Greetings Everyone!

I have a favor to ask, from you all.   As many of you know, I have been in Germany for most of 2011, working on a matter that involves both criminal and civil litigation spread over four continents.   The primary focus of this litigation is a gentleman by the name of Dr. Man-Ki Kim, a Korean National, who was the President and Chief Executive Office of a company called SMI Hyundai Corporation.

I am respectfully asking all of you to write a short note, both on the FaceBook page, and on MK's web site, showing support. It doesn't need to be much, any old cliché line is good, and/or any message of support or of hope is also welcomed. Things like, "Praying for you and your family"; or "Keep Fighting The Good Fight!"; to: "We're thinking of you"; and/or "You are in our hearts and prayers"; etc., etc., etc.

Besides the fact that these messages of support are good for the Kim family,  (The messages have proven to be very inspirational for Dr. Kim's wife and children!)  the messages help us from a legal standpoint, in that the German prosecution is attempting to claim that Man-Ki Kim has no friends or support.  That he alienates all that he has surrounded himself with.  This is untruthful, but many of the allegatiosn by the German prosecution are untruthful, as this is a very politically motivated trial.

If you go to the FaceBook Page, please make sure that you click the, "Like" button!

MK's web page,  ("message of support page") is:

If you can get anyone else to write, then this is also good!  we surely appreciate it!

I sincerely thank all of you for taking the time to show support!

My Best,
