I am sorry to say that you have written in your column that Pakistan is importing cotton seed of valued thousands rupees yearly. Sir for your kind information import of cotton seed for commercial cultivation is not allowed in Pakistan. We can import seed of this crop in grams as germplasm for research purpose only not for commercial cultivation. We as a nation failed to reward due respect to our researchers/ scientists, what to talk about the international level recognition. I am a cotton breeder . During my carrier I served a lot as per my God given ability in cotton varietal development but got no acknowledgement please the attachment
