A coulpa opinion questions

---------- Forwarded message ----------

Hiya Gals and Guys.....I just have a
coupla opinion questions to see how
youz guys (Brooklyn speak) think about
these questions:
1~Are you tired of all this debt business on
TV 24 hours a day?
2~Is obama's "long term" fix a political
ploy to get re-elected?
3~Is the GOP trying to stop it because
of that?
4~OK, the big question: If we do
"so-called default" who's fault is it?

Ya know what troubles me is that what
obama and his henchmen are circulating
out right lies when they say that
Social Security, Disability, Military, and
Vets won't go out, and we will "default"
on our loans to other countries (mostly
China, which in itself is a whole 'nother
discussion) That IS NOT TRUE!!!
We take in enough money to pay ALL
of these, but that puts obama in
a tough spot. He will have to decide
who gets paid and who doesn't. Can you
imagine all those on welfare react?
President Ronald Reagan said well
actually a coupla quotes that are
pertinent here:
"Government always finds a need for whatever money it gets."
"One way to make sure crime doesn't pay would be to let the government run it."
" The problem is not that people are taxed too little, the problem is that government spends too much."
"Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidies it"
And my Favorite is
"We should measure welfare's success by how many people leave welfare, not by how many are added"
Smart Guy Huh?
All the Best,
Steve
P.S. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell youz guys
(more Brooklyn speak) I'm gonna be
out of town for a coupla days. Speak to
Y'all ( Louisiana speak) when I get back!

                                              Paradox:
The government wants Every Citizen to prove that they are insured
But people don't have to prove they are citizens

"Say little, and love much; give all; judge no man; aspire to all that is pure and good."
~White Eagle

"If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin."
~Samuel Adams (1780)

"And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor."
~Last line of the Declaration of Independence
