US$ 25 million Funding Opportunity for Human Rights NGOs

An international funding agency is inviting concept papers on human
rights projects for US$ 25 million equivalent funding opportunity.

From Pakistan, Civil Society Organisations, NGOs, community based
organisations, private sector agencies, institutions and networks and
independent political foundations are eligible to apply.

Only those organizations will be asked to submit detailed proposals
whose concept papers are approved.

Projects may include activities like capacity-building, advocacy and
lobbying, networking, support to independent media, medical and
psychological assistance, legal counseling etc.

Last Date to submit concept papers is 15 July 2011.
