Re: Wringing-the-Neck of Empty Ritual.

Dear J. Ashley: What you don't realize is that each paragraph in my
New Constitution corrects multiple problems. You are assuming that
every word is for correcting just one problem. I can assure you that
my document is the most efficient and readable wording. It is written
in the narrative style expressly to be comprehended by people of
average intelligence. Once most Americans know what my New
Constitution says, it will be unlikely government will ever over-step
