Perhaps they got complaints.  In olden days you had to pick from a few choices.

A year ago (maybe two) a fellow from an unknown teeny real estate company, who had actually lost his license and then committed fraud against his own clients (he managed many rental properties in DC for State Department, military and other landlords.  These people began to notice that rents were not being deposited into their accounts, even though they were in Asia or Europe.

He claimed he was depositing them on the 15th now, no longer the 1st.

Then they didn't show up on the 15th.

I knew about it because a friend was leaving that company, because she saw what was happening after it was sold to this criminal new owner.  (A gay Democrat by the way Tommie.)

So when he won this last year it became clear to me that who wins is just related to internet activity, not the real world reputation of the competitors.

So I am experimenting to see if I can end up in the top 3  from internet activity.
