Can we at last cut money being used to kill innocent civilians?

we must stop our politicians from giving the Egyptians our tax
dollars, for what ever reasons they may have

the same goes for Israel, Asia, Africa and the rest of the planet

I did notice that the corporate state-controlled media is downplaying the story, covering it, yes, but not with the wall-to-wall coverage it deserves. No real surprise there since the Feds have been subsidizing the Egyptian dictator for many years. Yes, those assaults on the protesters, those murders, are paid for by your U.S. tax dollars.

An authoritarian state with rigged elections and with an extensive and brutal secret police and with control over the internet, can be brought down by direct citizen action. I said "can" since we do not know yet how this will play out. But other authoritarian states have been brought down in similar circumstances (Iran, Philippines, Romania).

History shows that regimes fall when the masses withdraw their "consent." This can be done by direct action, basically, a national strike until the dictator flees with whatever loot he can carry onto his private plane. Violence is not necessary though usually the state will shoot some protesters and the protesters will throw rocks in response. But as we saw with the Shah, state violence can merely accelerate the death of the regime by arousing even more opposition.

Guys, that money you have been giving to the Egyptian secret police to suppress and murder their people, is not working, not meeting your cost-benefit test. Can we at last cut money being used to kill innocent civilians? Is it possiblethatis why they hate us?
