10:00am Tuesday January 4th Meet us at the Hyatt Capitol Hill located at 400 New Jersey Ave. NW Washington DC
Meet in the area (upper lobby) near the doors We will walk to the congressional buildings and hand deliver a welcome letter to all newly elected representatives. Please feel free to write a personal letter of your own to your representative. **If you cannot meet us at 10:00 please call Diana when you arrive so that we can tell you where we are located Diana 267-446-7124.
11:00am meeting with staff of House Leader John Boehner & Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell
12:00pm Lunch TBD
After lunch We will then continue to deliver letters 242 to the representatives and 24 to the senators
DINNER ON YOUR OWN
Tuesday evening 7:00pm please join us at the Hyatt Lounge for a get together.

9:00AM Meet at UPPER SENATE PARK - We will continue to deliver letters before the swearing in ceremonies begin.
11:30am to 2:00pm Swearing in ceremonies - Meet at the Hyatt Capitol Hill Lobby to view the swearing in ceremonies
After the swearing in ceremonies, those of you who have made an appointment or have been invited to your newly elected representative or senator open house will leave for those appointments.
7:30 pm meet back at the Hyatt Capitol Hill for a meet and greet again and talk about the exciting day that we had.

PS We have an appointment with the Chief of Staff for Senator Toomey at 3:15 Wed If Senator Toomey has some free time he will stop in a say a few words to us. Please let me know if you can attend so that I can give a total number of attendees
