Hi Bruce,

The people of Egypt are in in the streets protesting the corruption and political tyranny of Hosni Mubarak's 30-year tenure as President.

Mubarak's government has stuck to its roots though and called in the army to crack down on the protesters.

Tell Mubarak to respect the Egyptian people's rights. »

Egyptian authorities have also detained and beaten journalists and photographers, shut down the websites of two independent Egyptian newspapers and blocked access to social media sites, including Facebook and Twitter.

They've even gone so far as to completely cut Egypt's international connections to the internet.

Egyptian authorities must stop this violence and end the censorship of the people. It's time for free speech and a dialog open to all Egyptians about how to move the country forward.

It's time to make tweets, not war. Act now to tell President Mubarak to stop the violence and allow the Egyptian people to exercise their right to free speech. »

Thanks for taking action!
