Hi all
Just a reminder that President G.W. Bush will be on Oprah's show on Tuesday.
I have only seen one clip and it was the scene were Oprah asked him to comment on how Obama is doing.
He declined. Saying the President Obama had a tough job and plenty on his plate and it wasn't his place to comment.
I'm paraphrasing of course. But, the point is that he showed more class in that one statement than a certain ex-president has shown in his whole life. There is a tradition in my country as well as in the U.S. that you don't second guess or criticize the person that takes over your office. Something that seems to have passed by the wayside in this polarized world.
I certainly didn't agree with old Dubya on some issues. But. He still seems like a nice guy to have a beer with.
And in Canada that means something.....LOL
