ridiculous. They tried to build a memorial first and a school second
and are doing the kids no favors. When you take one of the worst
performing schools in the country and you build a school building like
this one, what message are the students going to take away from it. It
would be a better memorial to just build the darned school basics and
put the money into getting better teachers and reaching out to the
parents to get on the stick.
