I heard a rumor yesterday that Democratic Congressional staffers are already jumping ship and looking for other jobs. There are 25,000 Congressional staffers; 11,000 on the personal staff of individual Congresscritters; 14,000 on Congressional committees. The latter are reconstituted when the House or Senate change hands
