Of the many conspiracy theories this is the most ridiculous. I have not heard of an anti aircraft gun that has got a silencer. There was not a single report from any person from apprx. 500,000 people of the area that they heard gun shots. Near to parliament house, presidency , PM secretariat and supreme court there are hundreds of offices. Also due to the presence of mountains around there should be a large recoil and echo of an incident like this. So large number of people should have heard the noise of Anti Aircraft Gun.
