Giving someone a minor slap on the wrist will accomplish nothing as we have seen from the actions of people like this young man. Nothing will touch him unless he has to pay one way or another for what he did.

Unfortunately that is not what happened. If they even thought of doing anything in those neighborhoods, the cops would run them off. It was the rest of the citizens of the city who had to pay the price for what these libs were supporting.
