McCain Sponsor Of Enemy Belligerent Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010

Any guess as to how many of us who belong to this group might be considered an enemy under this bill?

One commenter to an interview with Stuart Rhodes (http://www.thedailybell.com/1541/Oath-Keeper-Stewart-Rhodes-on-the-Rise-of-Authoritarianism-and-How-US-Law-Enforcement-Can-Take-a-Stand-for-Freedom.html), founder of Oath Keepers, mentioned Senate bill S.3081. The bill is sponsored by John McCain (R). Co-sponsors include Joe Lieberman (D), James Inhofe (R), Scott Brown (R), Roger Wicker (R), Saxby Chambliss (R), George Lemieux (R), Jefferson Sessions (R), and David Vitter (R).

The commenter stated, "Notably, McCain's S.3081 mandates (merging) Federal, State and Local Police and subsequently the U.S. Military to detain and hold Individuals in the U.S., without probable cause. What could happen to State Rights and what Laws and Jurisdiction would be used to prosecute state Citizens arrested by a National Police Stabilization Force?"

"Under S.3081 U.S. Government can use an individual's phone call and email information to allege without probable cause "suspicious or hostile activity" against U.S. Government, its coalition partners or civilians to indefinitely detain Americans."

It's obvious from the list of sponsors for this bill that Republicans with clout are not looking out for our constitutional rights.
