The democrat high road on Don't ask Don't Tell?

DADT was a Bill Clinton Executive Order after the DEMOCRAT controlled
congress (both) voted OVERWHELMINGLY, to re-codify the existing ban on
gays serving in the military, AT ALL, EVER, FOREVER!

Bill Clinton then issued an Executive Order saying, "Don't ask, Don't
tell, Do not pursue"

It was the best he could do at the time, and Bravo!

Here we have a federal court, completing an Obama campaign promise to
end DADT, and said POTUS is FIGHTING IT IN COURT!!!!

Okey Dokey! Even Barney "I want to wait for Scalia to die first"
Frank, supports the court!

The democrats have NO high road here. Your leader is fighting it
tooth, fang and claw, UNDER OATH!

Run along, and then run away, oh captians of diversity.
