Not that I'm a big Georgie girl fan but I had no idea that he was/is
responsible for natural disasters. Thats giving him way too much
credit.

More rainfall than the dam was built to hold, no injuries, proper
evacuations and National guard security on the spot. Yep. That is a
quite the thing to blame someone for.

Since the dam was built by the local electric company "in the 20's" I
guess the President to blame would be one of the below:

Woodrow Wilson - March 1913 to March 1921
Warren G Harding - March 1921to August 1923
Calvin Coolidge - August 1923 to March 1929
Herbert Hoover - March 1929 to March 1933
