No it doesn't help that Bush Jr. ruined the economy, didn't care about
national infrastructure, and did enough damage that it would take
decades to fix.
You think just because Bush Jr. is gone that he shouldn't be called on
the destruction he left behind?
That's like saying; 'no one should be concerned about radiation after
a nuclear bomb detonates'.
Of course, most people aren't that stupid.
