Repeal is a balloon to set up reform. After watching both the
president and dems cave on public option, estate tax, ALL Bush cuts -
and of course the November 2 slaughter - reform is gonna be VERY
possible, if not likely.

It would be interesting to see if Obama is ready to drop the veto bomb
for the first time. It is most certainly his right, and I don't see
any override possible
