The Free State Foundation's Third Annual Winter Telecom Policy Conference | | | WHEN: FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2011, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM WHERE: NATIONAL PRESS CLUB, WASHINGTON, DC The Free State Foundation will hold its Third Annual Winter Telecom Policy Conference on February 4, 2011, at the National Press Club. Conference participants will discuss and debate hot-button communications policy issues, including broadband and Internet policy, spectrum and universal service reform, media regulation, and more! FCC Commissioner Meredith Attwell Baker will deliver a keynote address.
