Just so you know, our "nappy-headed child" is getting free internet, too; Mrs. Bulldog and I pay for it. That's the way it works. Eventually, someone has to pay for it and I certainly don't want the financial burden of paying for internet for everyone else's "nappy-headed" kids. Besides, we already give way too much money to families on welfare via our taxes.
So, if kids want free internet in their homes, then their parents need to stop buying so much crack with their welfare checks. Barring that, there's always free internet at the local library; which is an infinitely better place for "nappy-headed" kids to hang out---and, they might actually learn something.
By the way, FCC Commissioner Mignon Clyburn is the daughter of Congressman James Clyburn...
