Were they or were they not hosting and aiding in the spread of unpaid
copyrighted material ??
If they were then the action was correct and has nothing to do with
free speech.
Example: 90 year old great grand mother has house taken by authorities
when it is learned that it was purchased by grandsons drug money.....
Grandma had no idea where the money came from... So what !!!
Let the buyer (or poster in this case) beware. One of the many
reasons Google requires moderators.
