Zombie Pope had no problem. So it is a religion based attack.
It's the judges bizarre statements and the fact he dismissed the case,
even though the guy admitted to the attack. And most of all, to me the
just lecturing the victim on muslim customs. And his clear
misunderstanding of the 1st amendment.
Zombie walks happen in all major cities these days. The "you insulted
my religion" defense is not a valid defense and never should be.
