The American version of the old communist-era Pravda, a.k.a. the FOX News Channel, is terrified at the prospect of the Republican Party nominating someone who believes in limited constitutional government and a strong national defense of America.  They are petrified at the prospect of a Republican nominee who believes that the purpose of "national defense" is the defense of our nation, period.  Not "nation building," "supporting our allies" who never seem to do anything at all in turn for us; or "defending our interests" (i.e., making money for defense contractors under false foreign policy pretenses).

I speak of course of Congressman Ron Paul, who has caused Faux News to become absolutely unglued by his success.  After a Bloomberg poll showed that Ron is in a "dead heat" in Iowa with Romney, Faux News decidedyesterday to discuss how things are going in Iowa.  They mentioned Romney, Cain, Gingrich, and Huntsman, who polled 2%.  Ron Paul, who was tied with Romney in the poll, was not mentioned at all.
