I don't call going to a 2hr. martini lunch and/or dinner work. I call
it socializing.

There are countless examples of this.
The CEO of General Electric (or countless other companies), neither
started the company, nor made any of the break-through inventions the
company uses.
They merely gave themselves larger pay raise's and gave the employee a
pen-and pencil set as compensation.

The top CEO's increased their wealth by nearly 300% over the last
decade,
while the other 95% stayed the same or increased by 10% at best.

If 300% doesn't produce any jobs, then why would 1000%?

You're being fooled with fancy ideological sayings and words, with no
actions or reality to back up what they say... and you still believe
them!
You're doing their work for them errand-boy.
And for that, they'll give you a .25¢ tip.
