Exploding Snails and Sophisticated Artichokes?
Check Out December's "Most Ridiculous Lawsuit" Poll!

The Holiday Season is here -- and this month's collection of ridiculous lawsuits provides some gifts that everyone can enjoy.

For example, we feature a pair of Florida men who are suing a seafood restaurant over an "explosive" meal.

That's right -- the two men, out for a birthday celebration, claim they were "humiliated" when the escargot they ordered "exploded" and gave them a fine misting of garlic butter sauce.

Anything is possible in our Most Ridiculous Lawsuit Poll!

But that's not all...

We also feature a Detroit man who sued a grocery chain and fruit company after he was injured while opening a stubborn fruit jar.

And then there's the Miami doctor who is suing a restaurant for failing to offer "artichoke eating instructions"! Believe it or not, his lawyer said in a statement: "It takes a sophisticated diner to be familiar with the artichoke."

If you thought you'd seen it all in our past ridiculous lawsuit polls, think again.

Don't miss out on casting your vote for which you think is most ridiculous:
