Our flyers will bring attention to the health and privacy issues associated with the "full body scanners" as well as the abusive nature of the "enhanced pat-downs."
We will urge individuals to "Opt-Out" of the body imaging machines and raise awareness of the TSA's perverted pat-down procedure.
I have spoken with the airport and submitted all the necessary documentation. We will have designated areas of the airport that we have approval to distribute flyers.
WILL YOU TAKE PART?
If you are not going home for Thanksgiving or can spare even an hour, it will help us.
Even a few dedicated individuals in short shifts will help us make an impact.

| Meetup Description Wednesday, November 24 Philadelphia International Airport is quietly rolling out the invasive full-body x-ray scanners. Passengers who "opt-out" are then given the "enhanced" pat-down (aka sexual assault). This may be the end air travel for the privacy conscious. This is totally unacceptable. I will not allow my kids to be ogled nude, irradiated or groped by TSA perverts. The Thanksgiving travel peak is a good opportunity for a demonstration. The goal of this demonstration is to educate the public and rally public opposition to this technology. We will also send a message to airlines and air related businesses: This will be a 100% peaceful demonstration. We will not be breaking any laws. We do not need a permit, but a courtesy call to the Philly police will be made to avoid any surprise reactions. No conflicts with the badged class are expected, but you never know how they will react.
