You forget that I require facts.... This deal was being negotiated a full year before Obama was even in the primary elections let alone a real candidate for the Democrats. Nobama had "0" to do with it... General Petraeus  was the impetus after the success of the "Surge" and with the insistence of the new Iraqi Government as well.
