On election day the Congressman will face some strong competition from Republican challenger Sean Bielat. The two candidates in Massachusetts' fourth congressional district will debate live with Tom & Todd on Monday, October 11 beginning at 7am. Both Frank and Bielat will be in-studio for this hour-long debate so be sure to tune in on AM 680 WRKO and WRKO.com.
