I've met many rational, thoughtful, conservative folks, who believe that the Jews are the evil of the world, controlling the money in most Nation-States, as well being in control of our own federal government. This gets into many of the conspiratorial theories, regarding the "Illuminati"; the Bilderbergs, the Council on Foreign Relations, and in general, a lot of the, "Patriot/Militiamen/Tax-Protest" groups are still centered around the, "Jews Are Evil" theory(ies).
I can shoot holes in most of these theories. I have yet to see any evidence that the Jews are that organized. Hell, they can't even get all of their own folks on the Zionist movement, much less do they all agree on how Israel should be managed.
I have a number of issues with the distortions that some in the media have put out regarding false allegations of discrimination against Jews and Judaism, and I find it insulting that one is called Anti-Semitic if they even question Israel's foreign policies. I also have a problem with any elected official in our Nation who puts Israel's welfare above our own.
Make no mistake, Israel is still an ally of the United States, and the only Western Nation-State in a land full of camel jockeys who continue to wear dirty laundry on their head in the New Millenium. The Islamic world wants to see yours and my way of life ended. Like it, or don't like it, Israel and Jews are "The Good Guys" this week PlainOl.
