What First Amendment?

New post on Fellowship of the Minds What First Amendment? by hardnox1 Yesterday, Congressman Trent Franks (AZ-02) questioned Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice, Thomas Perez, over whether the Department would commit to not adopting a policy of criminalizing speech that is critical of any religion. Perez refused to commit. Does anyone need more evidence that this administration could care one wit about our Constitution.  You know, the supreme law of our land and the guarantor our all our freedoms.  That dusty old document. Yeah, that one!
