| |  | This is a great synopsis on the Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal by National Rifle Association CEO Wayne LaPierre. The F&F story has largely been sloughed off by the main-stream media as a "Republican witch hunt" or "fishing expedition," while ignoring the fact that some 300 Mexicans are dead and a U.S. Border Patrol Agent, Brian Terry, was shot in the back and killed as a result of the criminal operation conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Justice. LaPierre goes on to say the major news networks should replace their logos with Obama bumper stickers, due to their slavish devotion to see Obama reelected. The Right Scoop Additionally, a DoJ lackey might have unwittingly contradicted Holder's own testimony before the House Oversight Comittee. 
The web site Expose Obama reports: "However, one of the odd liberal talking heads that has been making the rounds both on Fox and the liberal media is one Matthew Miller, former DOJ spokesman under Eric Holder. Miller claims to have been literally standing next to Holder when, in early 2011, he got the news that guns were being walked and that Holder put a stop to it. This is an odd statement,given that the February 4, 2011 letter stated unequivocally that guns were not being walked, so exactly what story Holder is trying to serve up now is not clear. What is clear is that we are watching a massive cover-up occur before our very eyes." The Department of Justice sent a letter to Congress adamantly denying guns were ever "walked" across the border on February 4, 2011. As more evidence came to light during the course of the congressional investigation, the DoJ finally withdrew this letter ten months later.
