Ed note: I came to the same conclusion months ago based on the following:

1. Barack, Sr, needed to marry a US citizen to avoid being deported.
2. No record of marriage license; just divorce papers
3. Nudy pics of Stanley Ann were taken by Frank Marshal Davis, age 55.
4. Davis was a friend of Mr Dunham, Ann's father. Both were known communists.
5. Besides being age inappropriate, Davis was already married. 
6. Barack Sr was also married, but as a Muslim, he could still take 3 more wives.
7. Immigration agent made note in file that marriage looked suspicious and suggested investigation.
8. Barack, Sr, left Hawaii before the baby was born and ret'd after Ann was in Washington State .
9. Barack, Sr, had a record of DUI; he died drunk in car accident in 1982, hmmm.
