Why don't you read Mr. Cain's "9-9-9" Plan, and then get back to us with something constructive and intelligent to say. Feel free to criticize Mr. Cain's plan once you understand what Mr. Cain is proposing, and get rid of your Daily Kos talking points spin.

The plan that would ADD a 9% tax on food, and ADD a 9% tax on top of
any state sales taxes already imposed.
Only a guy with no mortgage and no bills of any significance would
come up with a nonsensical plan to shift the tax burden on the backs
of the already over-taxed middle and poor class.
