OK guys a long time friend of Dick, Jim Anston, Wrote me this :

I located his brother who lives in Ohio and he is coming here next
week to finalize things. No ceremony or anything like that. Mike
Kerwin and I knew him for almost 30 years.. He was a VERY bright
individual.. and had a great sense of humor.. and himself. We'll miss
him.
