This building looks like any other building in the world that is
undergoing complete renovation.

Just what kind of pigs lived there that made this necessary ?? You, of
course and as usual, do not address this.

As to your reference to it being a "Dungeon" the video clearly showed
that the dark areas had no windows as would be expected in
"underground" areas or "stairwells".

As to the security measures and the "bars" on the superficie... given
the fact that the building was obviously inhabited by lowlife scum
that did not care for their abode and its common areas I would also
make the place as secure as possible if the same type of animal was
going to re-inhabit (proved by existing and recurring mail delivery).
