ignoring the namecalling, this does pose a valid question...why is the flooding of the heartland not as well documented as the 'saving of New Orleans'?  What caused the flooding and why was the dam system not prepared for it?  How is the United States, as defined by Congress, going to make the farmers whole?  i for one would appreciate a legimate answer to those questions.

The government debit cards?        More people died in these floods then from Katrina...how come the media doesn't report that?!!!!!
