Re: Article about suggestions by the Ohio Ed Assoc to teach the history of labor and the attacks on it

Just sent this to the idiots.

Sirs,

I attended Ohio Public Schools (part time) and learned what "Rights"
were while at the no longer existing Neapolis Elementary School from
the now dead Miss Barton in Social Studies 4th Grade.

NOTHING granted is a "RIGHT". "RIGHTS" may be neither surrendered,
sold or transferred; negotiated for nor cancelled or negated. Although
some Philosophers and Political Scientists do differentiate between
"natural" and "legal" rights, your message does not fit either
category.

Contracts grant permissions and are agreements between parties.
"Rights" in the USA are unalienable.

Your article is therefore based on a false premise and worthless.

Is this indicative of the OEA and if so of the classroom standards in
your state and by extension the nation... Yes, lets keep teachers that
think this. (that was sarcasm)

Unfortunately an article such as this that mixes terms

Please respond.
