This is Mr.Raymond and his activities, and he himself claims to be a Consultant while our government is insistent that he was a diplomat....we need punishments for all killers and terrorists, whoever they may be,,, is this what the diplomats are doing in Pakistan? What should Pakistan be doing to all such diplomats and diplomatic activity? no wonder we have so many bomb attacks...
