Enclosed herewith are the Medical Slips/Cost of operations to be made of an eleven month old baby girl who is suffering from Heart Disease [CABG ASD Closure].
Baby Alina is Grand Daughter of my maid [Laila] who is serving us since last 10-years. She is a poor lady having limited resource of income which itself is insufficient for her family's requirements.
Initial Check-ups/angiography of Baby Alina was made at National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases and doctors have suggested her immediate operation which will cost more than Rs.0.170M.
We (My Spouse is copy in this e-mail) want to raise funds for her, so shall appreciate if you could participate in this noble cause by making crossed cheque in the name of :
