I would say that Adam's affidavit is not proof positive, but it's
definitely not meaningless. When you consider Obama's refusal to just
provide the long form certificate to end speculation, this affidavit
does have the potential to make an open minded person question whether
he really was born in Hawaii or not.
Then again, it does appear that Obama can drag his feet or even simply
ignore calls for his birth certificate indefinitely. Once his
presidency is completed, the issue becomes moot (realistically it's
moot right now) because there is no recourse. It's not like a Heisman
trophy that can be taken away after the fact for failing to meet
qualification requirements.
