Some didn't, and still don't.k
I thought that was a remarkable lesson in constitutional law and rules
- in fact, EVERY constitutional "crisis", is a good thing - forcing us
all to revisit that everso important document.
Look, Gore KNEW, He had to go to the state legislature, and didn't,
for obvious reasons. His reasons don't change facts. ONLY the leg
can change the rules. PERIOD!
Good try (hell, I might have tried it too), but still bullshit -
"If Gore had sought relief with the state legislature, he'd have had
standing. He didn't, and didn't" Article II, Section 1. Duh!!!!
Its RIGHT there, douchebags, in black and white!
Now repeat after me - "State courts get NO say in the electoral
selection process. It is the EXCLUSIVE domain of the legislature(s).
Now, ya got 2 choices:
Gore was an idiot.
Gore was a liar
Pick one 1
THERE it IS. We be done.
